Sources and methodology

The guide uses published building areas from KTCS project material and official owner, occupier or developer sources. Football-pitch comparisons use a 105 × 68 metre playing area. Steps use an illustrative 0.75 metre stride. Warehouse length and perimeter assume a 2.4:1 rectangular footprint; multi-level floor area may not equal ground footprint.

This visualiser is illustrative and is not a property, capacity, design or safety calculation.
