Depending on how you interact with KTCS, we may collect:

  • information included in an enquiry, project brief, tender invitation or correspondence;
  • records relating to clients, suppliers, professional advisers and project contacts;
  • website and device information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited; and
  • your cookie and consent preferences.

Please do not submit confidential, security-sensitive or special-category personal information through the general website enquiry form unless we have agreed a secure method for receiving it.

3. How and why we use information

  • respond to enquiries and assess potential work;
  • prepare proposals, enter into contracts and deliver services;
  • manage client, supplier and professional relationships;
  • keep appropriate business, project, financial and compliance records;

Service providers acting for KTCS are expected to protect personal information and use it only for the agreed purpose. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiry records are normally reviewed after two years. Client and project records may be retained for longer where required by contract, applicable limitation periods, insurers or an ongoing claim or dispute. Cookie and consent records are retained in accordance with the settings and periods identified by the consent-management platform.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
