KTCS is a tier 1 contractor specialising in the design, site management, and project management of industrial warehouse racking and office fit-out projects. This includes managing fire detection, fire protection, security, furniture, and M&E fit-outs. KTCS also oversees facility upgrades and end-of-lease dilapidations for clients across the UK.
Our experience extends across managing multi-million-pound construction projects for multinationals including Iron Mountain and the Oasis group. We are based in the East Midlands and work throughout the UK.

KTCS are warehouse fit-out specialists and have managed warehouse projects for over a decade, including tendering, contract management and project reporting. We have reliable supply chains in trades such as fire detection, security, lighting and data cabling.
CDM & SITE MANAGEMENT
We act as Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, and Site Manager - supporting safe, compliant warehouse construction and helping you meet your CDM responsibilities from design to delivery.
DESIGN SERVICES
With our own team of architectural technicians we can take care of planning and CAD design in-house, including domestic, warehouse and office design.
OFFICE FITOUTS
KTCS Ltd have extensive experience in office fit-outs including refurbishments and turn-key solutions (design, procurement, fit out, project reporting).
