KTCS brings together project management, technical design, construction coordination and practical compliance expertise. That breadth matters in warehouse and industrial environments, where one design change can affect operations, fire strategy, racking, services, access and programme.
The approach is deliberately direct: establish what the project needs to achieve, expose the interfaces early and maintain control as the work moves onto site. Clients receive experienced judgement and clear accountability rather than layers of detached advice.
From its South Derbyshire base, KTCS supports substantial projects across the UK, working with warehouse operators, estates and facilities teams, larger occupiers and principal contractors.
