Kevin Thomas Construction Services Ltd was incorporated in 2013 following Director, Kevin Thomas' redundancy for his Contracts Manager role at an engineering firm. Kevin had worked with big name clients particularly in the design and installation of mezzanine.
Since 2013, KTCS Ltd have gone on to work with several large clients completing dozens of major installation and dilapidation projects each year. We work across the UK in major distribution hubs including Corby, Kettering, Gateshead, London and Hemel Hempstead.

Caroline Tunney, Administrative Assistant
As Construction Consultants specialising in turnkey Construction Project Management we are adept at project specification, negotiation and contracting, project reporting, invoice batching, and working with landlords to return buildings at the end of lease.
