KTCS is a tier 1 contractor who specialises in designing, site-managing, and project-managing industrial warehouse racking and office fit-out projects, including managing fire detection, fire protection, security, furniture, and M&E fit-outs. We also manage facility upgrades and end-of-lease dilapidations.
Our experience extends across managing multi-million-pound construction projects for multinationals including Iron Mountain and the Oasis group. We are based in the East Midlands and work throughout the UK.
